Returns:
If you need to return any product you that purchased through
this web site, please contact us
and you will be given instructions on how proceed. In most cases we
will pay for the return shipping costs. You will be given a full refund once the
returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Although US customers are given only the choice of
the UPS options below when you check out, we may send US Postal if we
feel you will receive the package sooner (usually the case when shipping
to the West Coast).

Our UPS rates are calculated in real time using updated information
directly from the UPS computers.
Please note that UPS Ground will deliver from our warehouse to most
Northeast states within 2 days and in many cases overnight (we are
located in central Massachusetts). West coast items will take at least 5
business days from ship date. Items not shipped from our warehouse are
not affected by these factors.
International Shipping:
We will ship most products to most foreign countries either by UPS or US
Postal. To get a shipping quote simply add the products to your shopping cart
and proceed with checkout until you see the shipping options (you do not have
to make the purchase to see this).
How do you calculate shipping
costs?
When you place an order, the weight and dimensions of your entire order is
automatically calculated and sent to UPS or US Postal (USPS) servers for a real-time rate. A small
handling charge is added for packaging, etc.
Where is the merchandise shipped
from?
Most of the products are shipped from our warehouse in Worcester,
Massachusetts. However, some products are shipped directly from the
distributor or manufacturer. Our shipping calculator is set up to adjust for
this and give you the most accurate rates.
How can I track my order?
We don't send out tracking information for each order. However we can easily
provide this on request.
What about damage or returns?
If your merchandise is damaged during shipping or you need to return an item
or you receive the wrong package, contact us immediately, save all packaging,
and we will arrange to have the item picked up. You will be credited when we
receive the returned items or the damage claim has been resolved.
