If you are really serious about
fireplace cooking than a crane system is something to consider (well, I guess
you could use it as a decoration or conversation piece). Make sure you
have enough height (24" min.) to make it practical and follow our guidelines for
sizing the length. Our system option make it possible for you to adjust the
height of your cooking utensil and we find this essential. Either a trammel or a
set of s-hooks will do the job. You will have to install the crane yourself (or
have a mason or chimney sweep do it). Our crane design is very simple to keep
the cost down. It is hand forged by a blacksmith here in the northeast. |
