The double damper system makes it easy to regulate the temperature, and the

Thermometer
This industrial grade, stainless steel thermometer is a perfect fit for most
smokers. It is hermetically sealed, accurate, and has large numbers for easy
reading. The thermometer fits 13/16" smooth ports or 1/2" NPT threaded port.
