easy enough to be used by anyone. This is a real barbecue smoker, built
for use with wood and charcoal, and for long, slow cooks of brisket, pork butt
and the like.
What's really great about this unit is that it is also a very
efficient, versatile, heavy duty grill with an externally adjustable coal pan!
Cook by
smoke and indirect heat with the offset fire box or by charcoal and direct heat
in the smoker chamber or even a combination of both. This is the unit to feed a
large crowd when it's fully cranked or just the family if you only use the fire
box as a grill.
