This piece of equipment is made exclusively for the
P150
Whole Hog Rotisserie spit. It is designed to pierce the spitted meat and
help keep it turning with the spit. The 4 prongs are 5" long, very sharp, and
there is a 8-9" span between them. The collar has a 1.75" inside diamter and has 2 stainless set
screws (socket head wrench included) for better fastening. They are sold by the
piece (and not the pair) because usually only one is needed (for the hind
quarters or hams). If you need 2, just change the quantity when ordering.
