This piece of equipment is made exclusively for the P80 Whole Pig, Lamb & Goat Rotisserie spit. It is designed to pierce the spitted meat and help keep it turning with the spit. The 4 prongs are 4" long, very sharp, and there is a 7-8" span between them. The collar has a 1.25" inside diameter and has 2 stainless set screws (socket head wrench included) for better fastening. They are sold by the piece (and not the pair) because usually only one is needed (for the hind quarters or hams). If you need 2, just change the quantity when ordering.
