split more than 100 logs in less than an hour, safely and (almost)
effortlessly. The requirement of two hands to operate the splitter - one on a
safety button, the other on the hydraulic lever - eliminates hand injuries
common with splitters. It's surprisingly quiet and the splitting carriage at
shin level makes it easy to load and unload logs. It will handle logs up to 20
in. long and 12 in. in diameter and automatically retracts when you remove
your hand from the lever.
The
lightweight (under 100 lbs.) and affordable (about $450) splitter is equipped
